Item is exactly what I was looking for. It feels very high quality and the engraving was as described. The initials on the front are a little hard to see. But that's the nature of the design (M4). It shipped before their estimated date, and arrived early. It was packaged extremely well. I didn't need to contact customer service at all. But based on the quality of their service, otherwise, I have no doubt they'd do an excellent job.
